1. Introduction

By booking an appointment or purchasing a package with Just See Bee, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your first session. These terms apply to all services offered, including Kinesiology, Myofascial Release, and Relaxation Massage.

Just See Bee is accredited with the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS) and operates in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

2. Services Offered

Just See Bee provides the following therapeutic services on the Sunshine Coast:

• Kinesiology – a holistic therapy addressing the body's physical, emotional, nutritional, and energetic balance.
• Myofascial Release – a hands-on technique targeting the connective tissue to relieve pain, tension, and restricted movement.
• Relaxation Massage – a therapeutic massage designed to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and promote overall wellbeing.
• Hot & Cold Fascia Treatment – a specialised treatment combining hot and cold therapy to release deep fascial tension and promote healing.
• Reiki – a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages natural healing through energy transfer.
• Herbal Essences – natural plant-based remedies to support your healing journey and enhance overall wellbeing.

Clinic Sessions

Clinic sessions are held every Tuesday at Forward Health, Currimundi.

Mobile Sessions

Mobile treatments are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where I come to you in the comfort of your own home. Please note that an additional travel fee may apply depending on your location.

3. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system or by contacting Just See Bee directly. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

New Clients

All new clients are required to complete a health history intake form prior to or at their first appointment. This information is used solely to provide safe, personalised care and is kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Late Arrivals

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

• More than 24 hours' notice: No charge. Your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your next booking.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Your 50% booking deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late: The full session fee will be charged and your deposit will be forfeited.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Repeated cancellations at short notice may result in full prepayment being required for future bookings.

5. Package Deals

Just See Bee offers discounted packages for Kinesiology, Myofascial Release, and Relaxation Massage, available in 3-session or 5-session bundles at a reduced rate.

Package Validity

Each package has a specified validity period communicated at the time of purchase. Sessions unused at expiry are forfeited and no refund will be issued for expired packages.

Package Refunds

If you wish to cancel a package before it expires, the following refund calculation applies:

1. The full, non-discounted rate will be applied to any sessions already used.
2. Any non-refundable merchant or payment processing fees will be deducted.
3. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to justseebee@gmail.com. Refunds will not be issued for expired packages.

6. Payments

Payment is accepted via the following methods:

• Cash
• Card (EFTPOS / credit)
• Bank transfer

Full payment is due at the time of service unless a package has been pre-purchased.

7. Health & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority. Before your first session — and whenever your health circumstances change — you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, or contraindications that may affect your treatment.

Just See Bee reserves the right to modify, pause, or decline a session if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client's current health condition.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client records are stored securely and handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and ATMS professional standards. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit written consent.

9. Disclaimer

The services provided by Just See Bee are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Clients are encouraged to consult their GP or specialist for any medical concerns.

10. Changes to These Terms

Just See Bee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients and published on our website.
