About Hot and Cold Crystal Massage

Hot and Cold Crystal Massage is a therapeutic practice that combines traditional massage techniques with the soothing temperatures of heated & cooled crystals to provide deep relaxation and healing.

There are a number of treatments I provide with the hot crystals: Full Body Swedish Relaxation Massage, and targeted Fascia release. These treatments focus on muscle and/or fascial releasing - areas where we commonly hold tension from daily stress. The addition of smooth, temperature-controlled crystals enhances the therapeutic benefits by improving circulation and allowing muscles to relax more deeply and the fascia to glide freely.

The crystals, combined with skilled techniques, work to release tension, improve circulation, and promote a profound sense of relaxation that extends throughout your entire being.
